Terms of Service

QuoteGen is operated by André Durante, based in Ireland ("we", "us"). These terms govern your use of the QuoteGen application. By creating an account, you agree to them.

1. The service

QuoteGen lets you generate branded PDF quotes for your clients. New accounts receive a small number of free quote tokens; each quote you generate uses one token. Additional tokens can be purchased in packs — purchases are one-time, not a recurring subscription, and tokens don't expire.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use QuoteGen. You're responsible for the accuracy of the business information, branding, and client details you enter — QuoteGen only formats and renders what you provide.

3. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Token purchases are non-refundable once completed, except where required by applicable law. If a quote fails to generate due to a technical error on our side, the token spent on that attempt is automatically refunded to your balance.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use QuoteGen to generate fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal documents, to impersonate another business, or to abuse, overload, or attempt to circumvent the token system. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this.

5. Availability and liability

QuoteGen is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We aim for reliable uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including disputes between you and your own clients over a quote's content.

6. Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. If we make material changes, we'll update the date above. Continuing to use QuoteGen after a change means you accept the updated terms.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
